The study examined the effects of e-training on employees’ job commitment in Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria. Proportionate random sampling technique was employed in selecting the sample size of 84 respondents from a total population of 107 employees. Data was collected structured using questionnaire of five-point rating scale. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings reveals that the mean age was 51.79 years, (67.9%) of the respondents were male, (95.2%) of the respondents were married, (45.2%) of the respondents were PhD holders. The mean years of working experience was 21.77 years while mean monthly income was #302,559.52. Majority (91.7%) reported there is high level of job commitment in the institution. Furthermore, a significant but negative relationship existed between the respondents’ years of working experience (r = -0.245, p < 0.05) and their job commitment. The study concluded that employees have a positive perception towards e-training. Availability of various e-training platforms and tools is recommended to focus on enhancing the infrastructure.
