Contraception is the use of medications, instruments or surgery employed to change the way human body works and prevent pregnancy. This study examined undergraduates’ perception of contraceptives use in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo state, Nigeria. The objectives of study were to examine the relationship between poor access to contraceptives and peer pressure in relation to contraceptive use among students. The paper adopted functionalist theory to explain the subject matter. This study employed ex-post facto research design method.
